With many of the same attributes as our Master Planned communities, waterfront-oriented developments add another layer of complexity in designing with the environment. Most of our waterfront developments are existing bodies of water that are protected by the State and Federal government. We focus our planning efforts on controlling development impacts to the water while enhancing the vibrant pedestrian experience and walkability of the waterfront. Our planning studies often encompass community needs, market demands, and environmental sensitivity.
